Choose by the listed centimetres, rather than breed or a previous S, M or L label. Sizes differ between products.
3. Check your choice
Check the colour, length and size before adding to your basket. Between sizes or unsure? Ask us before ordering.

How do I choose a size?
Compare your dog's measurements with the specific product's measurements. A breed name or size label alone does not confirm fit. Contact us if a measurement you need is missing.
What do the lead measurements mean?
Lead options may show rope thickness and total length. For example, 1 cm × 150 cm means a 1 cm thick rope with a total length of 1.5 m.
How much is delivery?
UK standard delivery is £5.99, with a free standard delivery option on eligible baskets of £50 or more. Delivery to supported EU destinations is £14.99; selected other international destinations are £23.99. Availability and the final charge are shown at checkout. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before placing your order.
Can you help with a return or an order?
Email kninesroom@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. For a sizing question, include the product name and your dog's measurements.
Is an LED collar a replacement for a walking collar?
Follow the individual product instructions and attachment guidance. Do not attach a lead to a light-only accessory unless it is expressly designed for that purpose.
